This movement practice welcomes everyone, regardless of their dance background. Designed for all levels + no experience needed. You get to reclaim and define your own relationship to the dance.

It is recommended that all participants commit to attending the entire duration of the movement lab. For newcomers, full attendance can be crucial to grasp and actively participate in the practice. However, occasional tardiness or early departures may be understandable.

-Currently, the movement labs I offer are tailored for adults, delving into deeper themes and scheduled for the evenings. For any parents attending, I envision this time as dedicated time solely for you (as I would for myself) — an opportunity to fill up your own cup, nourish and resource, and show up just as yourself.
- My intention is to begin hosting multi-generational dance sessions in fall 2024. As a mother, I am eager to provide dance experiences that welcome my own children and where the presence of children is embraced and celebrated!

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for tickets purchased, as is standard for events of this nature. However, you do have the option to transfer or gift your ticket to another individual interested in attending, or you can use your credit towards a future movement lab.
