  • - Wear movement-friendly clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. Consider dressing in layers for added flexibility.

    - Bring your bare feet, socks, or supportive dance shoes.

    - Pack a full water bottle to stay hydrated, and include any personal care items you may need.

    - Kindly leave unnecessary items and strong fragrances off the dance floor to create a comfortable environment for everyone.

    - Come with an open and curious mind.

  • This movement practice welcomes everyone, regardless of their dance background. No prior experience is needed; simply being human and having a body is all the preparation required.

  • Ideally, all participants should be present for the entirety of the movement lab. For newcomers, attending the full duration is essential to fully engage with and comprehend the practice. However, for regular attendees, occasional tardiness or early departures may be understandable.

  • - At present, the movement labs I offer are tailored for adults, delving into deeper themes and scheduled for the evenings. For parents attending, envision this time as dedicated time solely for you — an opportunity to fill up your own cup, nourish and resource, and show up just as yourself.

    - My intention is to begin hosting multi-generational dance sessions in fall 2024. As a mother, I am eager to provide dance experiences that welcome my own children and where the presence of children is embraced and celebrated!

  • Please feel encouraged to provide feedback, offer input, or propose collaboration opportunities. Proactive and timely communication is valued, including respectful inquiries and constructive questioning of leadership.   • Unfortunately, refunds are not available for tickets purchased, as is standard for events of this nature. However, you do have the option to transfer or gift your ticket to another individual interested in attending, or you can use your credit towards a future movement lab.
